This is especially useful for regular headset users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To do this:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Press <strong>Menu<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Settings<\/strong> followed by <strong>Basic, Preferences, Headset Memory<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use the up or down arrows and Select soft key to enable Headset Memory Mode.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Menu<\/strong> button to return to the main menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subsequent calls to or from this phone using the headset will cause the headset key to flash. Pressing the line keys or the <strong>Answr<\/strong> soft key to receive a call will now connect to the user\u2019s headset automatically.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat steps 1-3 and select <strong>Disabled<\/strong> to turn Headset Memory Mode off.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As an option, the headset can be permanently enabled.
