{"id":874,"date":"2014-06-27T05:58:18","date_gmt":"2014-06-27T05:58:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fastmetrics.com\/support\/?p=874"},"modified":"2020-06-06T11:14:12","modified_gmt":"2020-06-06T11:14:12","slug":"430-conferencing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fastmetrics.com\/support\/430-conferencing\/","title":{"rendered":"Polycom 430 Conferencing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can make a three way call using the conferencing feature.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place a call to the first party.<\/li>\n<li>Press the <strong>Cnfrnc<\/strong> soft key to create a new call (the active call is placed on hold).<\/li>\n<li>Dial the phone number of the second party or use the arrow keys to access speed dial numbers, missed, placed and received call lists.<\/li>\n<li>From one of these lists press the <strong>Dial<\/strong> soft key.<\/li>\n<li>When the second party answers, press the <strong>Cnfrnc<\/strong> soft key again to join all parties in the conference, or press the <strong>Split<\/strong> soft key to put the first call on hold and keep the second call as the active call.<\/li>\n<li>A conference may be created at any time between an active call and a call which is on hold (on the same line or another line) by pressing the <strong>Join<\/strong> soft key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Splitting a Conference<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>When a conference has been established, a <strong>Split<\/strong> soft key is available.
