{"id":764,"date":"2014-06-26T11:39:07","date_gmt":"2014-06-26T11:39:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fastmetrics.com\/support\/?p=764"},"modified":"2020-06-06T11:20:22","modified_gmt":"2020-06-06T11:20:22","slug":"650-call-lists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fastmetrics.com\/support\/650-call-lists\/","title":{"rendered":"Polycom 650 Call Lists"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Local lists of missed, received and placed calls are maintained by the Polycom SoundPoint 650\u00a0phone (up to 100 for each list).<\/p>\n<p>Press <strong>Directories<\/strong> button followed by <strong>Call Lists<\/strong>, <strong>Missed Calls<\/strong>, <strong>Received Calls<\/strong>, or <strong>Placed Calls<\/strong> as desired.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To manage the listed calls:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the <strong>Edit<\/strong> <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Soft key\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soft_key\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">soft key<\/a> to edit the dial string if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Dial<\/strong> soft key to return the call.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Exit<\/strong> soft key to return to the previous menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For additional choices, press the More soft key followed by:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Info<\/strong> soft key to view information about the call.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Save<\/strong> soft key to store the contact to the Contact Directory.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Clear<\/strong> soft key to delete the call from list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Press the <strong>More<\/strong> and <strong>Exit<\/strong> soft keys repeatedly to return to the idle display.<\/p>\n<p>Press <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-721\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fastmetrics.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/06\/polycom-right.png\" alt=\"Right Arrow\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> from the idle display to access the Placed Calls list.<br \/>\nPress <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fastmetrics.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/06\/polycom-left.png\" alt=\"Left Arrow\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> from the idle display to access the Received Calls list.<br \/>\nPress <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-719\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fastmetrics.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/06\/polycom-down.png\" alt=\"Down Arrow\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> from the idle display to access the Missed Calls list.<\/p>\n<p>These shortcuts can be used while placing calls or performing transferring and conferencing functions. You can manually clear the call lists.
