Press <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-719\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fastmetrics.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/06\/polycom-down.png\" alt=\"Down Arrow\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> to display the next field in the contact\u2019s entry. Repeat steps 4 to 8 to enter the last name of the contact. The name is displayed. The contact\u2019s information appears on the graphic display.<\/li>\n<li>Press the <strong>Save<\/strong> soft key to save the contact in the local contact directory. \u201cEntry saved\u201d appears on the graphic display.
