First you must log into your webmail account using the LookOut mail client.<\/p>\n

Select Rules<\/strong> from the menu bar at the top right of the window.<\/p>\n

Click in Create a new rule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Enter a Rule Name (this can be whatever you like). Select a Condition<\/strong> from the list.<\/p>\n

Enter some text to search for. For instance – if you want a rule to execute for any message that contains the word “support”, enter support in the field.<\/p>\n

If you want to add another condition for this rule, click in the Add condition<\/strong> button. When you are done adding conditions for this rule, skip to the next step.<\/p>\n
