Forward Email Messages

On the top right corner select Preferences.

Select Mail Control.

Select the tab Redirect All Mail to.

Select Enabled. Enter the email address to forward to. Click Update and then Close.

Note – If you do not click Update the changes will not be saved.

Keep a copy – will keep a copy of the received email in the original receiving account and it will send a copy to the account you wish to forward to.

Do not Redirect Automatic Messages – selecting this will not forward any automatic message like auto responses.

Preserve To/CC fields – When a message gets forwarded it becomes a message from you to your new email address, selecting this will keep the To and from information as if it came directly to teh alternative email address.
