What is the catch?

To be eligible for this offer, you must be a registered education provider in the San Francisco Bay Area. 3 year term is required to offset our costs. Phone service and all calls 100% free until January 1st, 2021. Hardware is included for the 3 year term, at no cost to you.

What happens after January 1st, 2021?

Phone service is billed at a flat fee per user, per month. You pay for long distance calls, if applicable. Check our wholesale long distance rates.

  • 1 - 9 users: $30 per user, per month
  • 10 - 19 users: $25 per user, per month (SAVE 16%)
  • 20+ users: $20 per user, per month (SAVE 20%)
  • Local fees & taxes also apply

What hardware is required?

Your new phone system is hosted in the cloud. There is no need for on-premise hardware, like a PBX cabinet. We supply your school with a choice of new phones. Softphones can also be used from desktop or laptop computers. Or just use our apps from your mobile device, to maintain office or business presence on the go.

Can I reduce / increase the amount of phone users?

Yes. A major benefit of cloud hosted phone service is efficiency. It's simple to change the amount of users. Monthly billing will reflect the amount of users registered to your account at the start of each month.

What level of support is provided?

We are a local Bay Area business ISP with more than 18 years experience in managed voice services. We offer in person or assisted setup. Also staff training. We are Polycom Authorized Solution Advisors and subject matter experts in the Yealink range of IP phones, conference pods and cordless phones.
