  • This is achieved by installing new VoIP lines into your office and replacing your existing connection to your phone company to make and receive calls.
  • The Fastmetrics Hosted VoIP service is a replacement of the existing phone lines in your office. Fastmetrics will convert your existing phone service into a VoIP line service.
  • In most cases, your business will have their own PBX (Private Branch Exchange) which handles all calls between your extensions as well as connections to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) via trunk lines.
  • Fastmetrics installs a device called an Adtran which interfaces with your PBX and connects your phones to the standard PSTN network and as well connects your LAN to the Internet service.
