Fastmetrics Support

We provide 24/7 Customer support to our business clients to keep their network up and running at all times. The best way to contact us is by emailing support@fastmetrics.com with the problem you are experiencing in the subject line of the message during business hours from 6AM - 6PM Monday through Friday. We also provide after hours support for, for emergencies only please, by calling 415-778-5102 and leaving a message with our dispatch which then pages the on-call technician.

 

Every account with Fastmetrics has an administrative page where you can login and view/add new services, view/print out your invoices from your bill, and open/view old and new trouble tickets all online. Click on Members and the "My Account" link to login to your Fastmetrics account. If you do not know what your username and password is just call up and ask for your Fastmetrics account username and password for our Customer Support Portal.
