We also provide after hours support for emergencies only. Call 415-778-5102 and leave a message with our dispatch, which then pages the on-call support technician.

 

All accounts with Fastmetrics have an administrative page where you can login and view / add new services, view / print your invoices & open / view old and new support tickets online.

Click on 'Members' and the 'My Account' link to log into your Fastmetrics account. If you do not know your username and password, E-Mail: support@fastmetrics.com & ask for your Fastmetrics account username and password.
