Want to keep your existing phone number?
When moving from standard PBX phone systems to a VOIP solution, you can keep your existing phone numbers. We start by assigning you temporary phone numbers that will be assigned to your new phones. We then forward all incoming calls to your existing numbers to the temporary numbers, and when the number portability completes then we remove the forwarding and you experience a seamless migration to your new VOIP system.

What is local number portability (LNP)?
The ability to transfer either an existing fixed-line or mobile telephone number assigned by a local exchange carrier (LEC) and reassign it to another carrier. In most cases, there are limitations to transferability with regards to geography, service area coverage and technology.
How long does it take to port my phone number?
It takes approximately 30 days to process your order and transfer your phone numbers over to our VoIP network. During the transition period we setup temporary numbers for testing and those number are valid until the porting of your numbers takes place.
