Mail Services

Fastmetrics has two different mail systems on our network. We have our previous mail offer, MetricMail which is no longer being provisioned and runs on a Windows system running IMail. To access your mail on these accounts you can generally type in mail.yourdomainname.com to pull up your web mail login window. If you are trying to configure your mail client then use the following information

Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: user@yourdomain.com
Password: your_password (please call to change/update this account password)

Web Hosting Information

Although Fastmetrics has both Windows and Linux web hosting solutions, we are currently provisioning all new clients on the Linux server. We are doing this because Linux offers vastly superior reliability and performance to Windows (although neither of our servers has ever failed), and there are no longer compatibility questions that force the use of the Windows server. If someone insists on being on the Windows server, we will accommodate them.
